Returns

Our returns policy operates under the following conditions:

• Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt to qualify for our money-back guarantee.
• Items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging (where possible), with all original contents enclosed and properly packed.
• Returned goods must be in “as new” condition, undamaged, unmarked, and suitable for resale.
• SolarGo2 cannot refund items that are lost or damaged in transit.
• All returns should be sent via recorded delivery, a reputable carrier, or with a certificate of postage. This provides protection should a claim be required. Return shipping costs are not covered by SolarGo2.
• Once goods are received and meet the above conditions, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking surcharge to cover inspection and processing.
• All products are covered by both NotesCheck and manufacturer guarantees; these are not affected by this returns policy.
• Returns must include relevant paperwork showing proof of purchase and contact information.
